Papers and Posters
All English language papers had to be submitted through the Paper Submission Site. The deadline for receipt of such papers was 2nd April 2010 (11.59 pm Greenwich Mean Time).
Papers and proposals for the special French and Spanish sessions had to be submitted by 30th April 2010.

In finalising papers for publication for the conference, authors should follow IEEE formats and styles, and should limit the length to 8000 words maximum. Samples of the formats and styles are available in .pdf and .doc.
Sessions
The deadline for submission of session proposals was 2nd April 2010. Successful sessions were announced on 11th June. Details of accepted activities are given below:
